Dimentro batteries are designed to retain at least 70% of their original capacity after two years of normal use. By following our recommended charging and storage guidelines, you can maximize battery lifespan. If the battery loses more than 30% capacity within this period and meets our warranty conditions, we’ll replace it at no cost.

Dimentro supports flexible charging options — standard home charging takes about 3 hours, fast charging reaches 80% in just 60 minutes, and fleet users can take advantage of quick-swap battery stations for instant power.
