Dimen is Founded
Dimen was established with one bold goal: to revolutionize electric mobility through deep innovation and in-house engineering. In a market dominated by traditional players, Dimen chose a different path — one driven by independence and technology.
From day one, the company focused on core R&D, battery technology, and structural design. That early foundation set the stage for an entirely new generation of electric two-wheelers that would challenge global standards.
First Electric Scooter Launch
After years of development, Dimen brought its first independently developed scooters — the DM01 and DM03 — to mass production. The result was a hit: over 20,000 units were sold across Europe through OEM and ODM partnerships.
This success validated Dimen’s engineering-led approach and proved the global demand for reliable, high-performance electric transport.
Dimentro Launches
In 2022, Dimen officially launched its own consumer brand: Dimentro. With full vertical integration, including design, engineering, and production, Dimentro entered the market ready to lead — not follow.
The mission was clear: build electric motorcycles that ride better, look cleaner, and last longer — all while staying accessible to real riders across the world.
HelloBike Acquisition & Factory Expansion
In a major milestone, Dimen acquired the electric two-wheeler division of HelloBike, one of China’s largest shared mobility brands backed by Alibaba. The merger included a full manufacturing plant, advanced testing equipment, and key design patents.
Later that year, Dimen moved into a new 30,000㎡ manufacturing and R&D center equipped with three automated assembly lines and an annual production capacity of 500,000 units. The next-generation DM E1/E3 scooters and the high-speed DP01/DP03 motorcycles were launched, showcasing Dimen’s expanded technical capabilities.
Global Growth & European HQ
Dimen continued its global expansion by launching the DT Pro, a dirt bike featuring the world’s first direct immersion liquid-cooled battery. To serve growing demand, the company opened a European headquarters in Paris, offering warehousing, logistics, marketing, and after-sales support. A second regional office was founded in Indonesia to support the Southeast Asian market.
