The new Dimen factory spans nearly 30,000 square meters and features modern facilities with advanced production equipment. With three dedicated production lines and suspension assembly lines, it is capable of producing up to 500,000 two-wheeled vehicles annually. Every step—from raw material sourcing to final product testing—is strictly managed under a robust quality control system to ensure each vehicle meets the highest standards.
Dimen’s R&D capability is a cornerstone of its leadership in electric mobility. Backed by a highly experienced and innovative technical team, the R&D center is equipped with cutting-edge testing instruments and is currently undergoing CNAS certification. The company has already achieved certifications for 3C, ISO 9001, EEC, DOT, KC, and UL, ensuring that all products comply with both national and international safety and performance standards.

Robotic arms simulate over a million button presses to ensure long-term durability of switches, lights, and controls—detecting even the smallest failures in resistance, feedback, or material fatigue.
